Terms + Conditons
By booking a session with Rebel Lens Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and retainer fee are required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due prior to your session or wedding date.
Dates are not reserved until a retainer has been received.
Cancellations + Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please give as much notice as possible. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date if rescheduled in advance.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled to ensure the best possible experience.
Coverage & Deliverables
All sessions and coverage are provided as outlined at the time of booking.
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of session but will be communicated clearly.
Image Style & Editing
By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with Rebel Lens Photography’s style and editing approach.
All images are edited at the photographer’s discretion. RAW files are not delivered.
Usage & Copyright
Rebel Lens Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Clients are granted personal usage rights, including printing and sharing.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
Model Release
By booking a session, you grant Rebel Lens Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
If you prefer to keep your images private, please communicate this prior to your session.
Liability
Rebel Lens Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may impact coverage, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or delays outside of the photographer’s control.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of payments made.
Communication
Clear and timely communication helps ensure the best experience.
All important details, timelines, and expectations should be discussed before the session date.
